Three Professionals Win Kraft Recipe Contest

Kraft Foodservice is excited to announce the winners of the Philadelphia “Show Off Your Sweets” Recipe Contest.

Open to foodservice chefs and professionals, Kraft Foodservice hosted a culinary competition this spring, offering participants the chance to win a $3,000 trip to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

The winning recipes showcased originality and highlighted Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Cheesecake Batter, or Philadelphia Delights Chocolate Spreads as the star ingredient. The grand prize winners include:

Philadelphia Cream Cheese: Red Velvet & Cream Chocolate Snack Cakes from Marissa D. of Santa Barbara Catering in Phoenix.
Philadelphia Delights Chocolate Spreads: Philadelphia Cheesecake Bread Pudding from Cameron G. of Ball State University in Noblesville, Indiana.
Philadelphia Cheesecake Batter: Chocolate Peanut Butter Surprise from Catherine C. of Whole Foods Market in St. Michael, Minnesota.
