Red Diamond’s “Blackberry Junip” is perfect for any Valentine’s Day meal, and the deep hues will complement any chef’s bone-in ribeye or thin cut pork chops.

Ingredients:

  • Blackberries
  • Simple Syrup
  • Lime Juice 
  • Soda Water 
  • Mint Leaves 
  • Mint Sprig
  • Red Diamond Tropical Temptations Blackberry Tea 

Optional: Vodka, Rum, Gin, or Whisky 

Directions

  1. Muddle 3 blackberries, 0.5 ounce of simple syrup, 0.5 ounce of lime juice, and 5 mint leaves together in a tin
  2. Add 4 ounces of brewed Red Diamond Tropical Temptations Blackberry Tea 
  3. Shake and strain into a glass 
  4. Top with soda
  5. Add mint sprig and berry for garnish 
  6. Add 2 ounces of vodka, rum, gin or whisky (optional)
