A calming blend of refreshing flavors, this cocktail by Kathy Casey at The Liquid Kitchen will add some zen to your menu.

Ingredients

Cocktail Base

3 slices cucumber

2 sprigs mint

1 ounce The Botanist Gin

1 pump Monin Pink Grapefruit Concentrated Flavor

3/4 ounce Wildflower Honey Water (see recipe below)

3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

3 ounces sparkling water

Mint sprig and cucumber slice for garnish

Wildflower Honey Water

1/2 cup wildflower honey

1/2 cup warm water

Directions

Cocktail

1. Tear the cucumber and mint and add to a cocktail shaker.

2. In the shaker, measure in the gin, Monin concentrated flavor, Wildflower Honey Water, and lemon juice.

3. Fill with ice, cap, and shake.

4. In a tall glass, measure the sparkling water.

5. Strain cocktail into glass and then fill with ice.

6. Garnish and serve.

Wildflower Honey Water

1. Combine wildflower honey with warm water in a container.

2. Whisk until well combined.

3. Store refrigerated for up to 10 days.
