The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar Heads to Atlanta in 2016

The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar is coming to Atlanta. The sushi burger bar has secured space at Perimeter Mall and is slated to open first quarter 2016.

The Cowfish, founded by Marcus Hall and Alan Springate, was established in North Carolina and features a menu with sushi rolls, craft burgers and burgushi—a fusion of burger and sushi. Burgushi items include sushi rolls created using burger components and pick-up style sandwiches created using sushi.

"Atlanta is the next logical step for us," Spingate says. "It is a great city, not too far from our home state, with a progressive restaurant scene. It’s very similar to Charlotte with a lot more people."

Hall adds, “We have always followed the ideas and wisdom of our guests, and we have been hearing from them since we opened our doors in Charlotte that they wanted to see The Cowfish in Atlanta."
