GGRA Announces Nominees for Final Two Categories at The Saucy Awards

The Golden Gate Restaurant Association is celebrating its 80th Anniversary this year and recently announced its first-ever awards gala, The Saucy Awards, taking place on November 14. At the awards gala, the Bay Area’s finest industry talent will be honored in 16 different award categories including; Restaurant of the Year, Rising Star Chef of the Year, Cocktail Program of the Year, and more.

In addition to these awards, the GGRA Board of Directors, unveiled the final nominees for their own Lifetime Achievement Award, which will honor an individual who has committed his/her life’s work to the restaurant community. Additionally, the gala will honor a People’s Choice Award for Restaurant of the Year, presented by San Francisco magazine.

More than 500 nominations were submitted for the People's Choice Award and voting for the below final four nominees are open to the public on San Francisco magazine’s website through November 9.

Tickets are now available for purchase for those who would like to attend the gala and help celebrate the San Francisco Bay Area restaurant and bar community for its excellence.
