The Catering Institute's one-day Catering Sales Management Workshop will bring together restaurant catering leaders looking to a build a better sales culture inside their organizations. The workshop, to be held October 13 at The Omni Park West Hotel in Dallas, will address cold-calling techniques, lead generation, and prospecting and consultative selling, among other topics.
