Bistecca by Il Mulino Opens at Pennsylvania Resort
Mount Airy Casino Resort, Pennsylvania's first ever AAA Four Diamond Award-Winning Resort, is expanding its culinary offerings with the opening of Bistecca by Il Mulino.
Combining the heritage of hand-crafted pasta, local seafood, and farm-fresh vegetables prepared in the classic fashion of Abruzzo's cuisine with the comforts of a modern steakhouse, Bistecca by Il Mulino will offer diners an unforgettable meal accompanied by world-class service.

Airy's executive vice president and general manager. "This restaurant is a great addition to the other restaurants at the resort, and offers a wide variety of both traditional and modern dishes that are sure to delight the palettes of our guests."
Bistecca by Il Mulino offers guests the ultimate dining experience, from the ambiance to the menu to the wine menu. Guests can indulge in appetizers such as the Grilled Octopus served with white beans and tomato to their Flatbreads and Organic Salads. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of Crudos and fresh seafood from its Raw Bar, which includes offerings such as Littleneck Clams and Oysters, Maine Lobster, or Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktails.
The menu also showcases Pork, Veal, and Premium cuts of 28-day aged and Prime Beef accompanied by a selection of Signature Sauces and Side Dishes or a variety of Piatti Al Forno, traditional casseroles roasted in pizza ovens. Guests can choose from options such as the Carciofi e Melanzana Melanzane, which combines roasted eggplant, artichoke hearts, zucchini, and cannellini beans, to the Baked Ricotta Gnocchi with fresh Mozzarella and basil.
Bistecca by Il Mulino's menu specialties include dishes such as a Grilled Swordfish with a touch of honey, lemon, and capers or the Bistecca Burger, which is a signature steak-blend of Black Angus Beef, topped with Applewood smoked bacon and Cheddar cheese and served with a side of truffle fries.
After finishing their meals, guests can then indulge their sweet tooth a variety of dessert options, such as the Ricotta Zeppole to Tiramisu Espresso Corteccia. A variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic after dinner drinks are offered, as well.
Along with the menu, the ambiance created by the layout and decor of the restaurant is fit for a first-class dining experience. The restaurant has two private dining rooms, capable of holding up to 40 people each, an extensive wine rack, and a large bar, which offers hand-crafted cocktails. Dark wood furniture and dim lighting throughout each room of the restaurant creates an intimate and elegant dining environment that couples perfectly with the extensive menu.
