Cindy’s is bringing a sweet-tooth taste of the rooftop restaurant and open-air terrace’s dessert menu from the 13th floor of the Chicago Athletic Association hotel to the bustling stretch of Michigan Avenue below. Beginning June 18, Cindy’s will open a weekly Popsicle Pop-Up from noon to 2 p.m. every Saturday, with rotating flavors crafted by Cindy’s Executive Pastry Chef Jove Hubbard called Jove T’s Pops Shop.

Available to passersby and hotel guests alike and ideally situated across the street from Chicago’s Millennium Park, Maggie Daley Park, and Grant Park, Jove T’s Pops Shop is stationed within the main Michigan Avenue entrance of the Chicago Athletic Association hotel. These frozen confections, available with or without a spirited dash of booze, are created to reflect the whimsy and light flavors found on Chef Hubbard’s dessert menu available this season at Cindy’s.

While Jove T’s Pops Shop will be open every Saturday with a rotating flavor menu, rainbow-colored Pride Pops will be available for the pop-up’s opening weekend on June 18 in celebration of Chicago Pride Fest. Proceeds from these and all Jove T’s Pop Shop pops sold June 18 will go directly to Equality Florida’s donation drive to support victims and families affected by the Pulse Orlando Nightclub tragedy.

Popsicles are available for cash purchase for $3 each, with boozy popsicles available for $4. Jove T’s Pops Shop will debut new flavors each week under the direction of Chef Hubbard.
