The Still is set to open in March at The Mirage in Las Vegas. The project from Clique Hospitality will combine approachable and classic food served exclusively from the kitchen of an Airstream trailer located within the 8,000-square-foot space. The futuristic vehicle, known for its distinctive silver shape, will be the first of its kind in a Las Vegas restaurant and will serve as an eye catching interior design element of the venue.

"The best food I've ever had has come from an Airstream trailer," says Andy Masi, Clique Hospitality founder.

While The Still will have a centrally located full bar that offers craft cocktails, the highlight of the beverage program will be its extensive selection of domestic and imported beer. Besides the wide array of suds on draft, over 50 craft beers from around the world will be offered to pair with meals. Menu offerings include street tacos and sliders, as well as appetizers that range from flounder fish and chips, complete with black truffle tartar sauce, to fresh oysters and lobster rolls.

The exquisite rustic-style space is designed by Alessandro Munge, the visionary who brought to life legendary interior design features of many of Las Vegas's hippest restaurants and nightclubs, including The Mirage's 1 OAK Nightclub.

Julian Griffiths, Mirage vice president of food and beverage, says, "The Still will be a great experience where our guests can kick back and have fun. Whether it's playing billiards or shuffleboard, grabbing a drink with friends, enjoying a late night snack or watching a sporting event, the bar will be the ultimate hangout hotspot at our resort."

Masi adds, "To say that we're ecstatic to be working with MGM Resorts is a massive understatement. The Mirage is iconic and we're thrilled that we get to add to its lore."
