Vail Resorts and Prime Hospitality Group announced that Prime At Canyons is now open at the Silverado Lodge in Canyons Village at Park City in Utah. The menu includes a mix of creative twists on classic dishes as well as items not common in other kosher restaurants with a focus on elevating the experience of both food and service.
"We’re proud to be partnering with Vail Resorts, particularly with Canyons now linked to Park City as largest ski resort in the United States,” says Laurent Masliah, general manager of Prime At Canyons and senior executive of Prime Hospitality Group. “With the restaurant in Canyons Village just a few steps away from the lifts and Prime At Canyons providing kosher sandwiches and lunch boxes on and off mountain at all major dining outlets, visitors to Park City can now be strictly kosher and still enjoy skiing and snowboarding without compromise.
Prime At Canyons features some of the most popular Prime Grill selections, as well as other new and exciting menu options, providing kosher skiers and snowboarders an unprecedented opportunity to enjoy five-star cuisine. Prime At Canyons is also offering sandwiches, salads and other to-go items throughout Park City, and is poised to deliver to hotels and condominiums in Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley, including Shabbat food. Prime At Canyons is available for minyanim seven days a week; lunch and dinner daily; and for Shabbat seudot. Prime At Canyons will have an Eruv, with everything under the strict supervision of the Orthodox Union.
