Park and Tran open Jeong following the success of their acclaimed chef-driven restaurant Hanbun located in a food court that earned Park a James Beard semifinalist nomination and Eater Young Gun award.

Rich Melman-Created Beatrix to Open February 27 in Oakbrook Center

Beatrix is opening in Oakbrook Center on February 27. This will be the first suburban location for Beatrix, and the fourth of its kind in Illinois. The concept was created by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ founder Rich Melman, Executive Partner and Divisional President Marc Jacobs, Partner Michael Giles and Chefs/Partners John Chiakulas, Rita Dever and Susan Weaver.
