Madison Holdings, Inc., owner of the popular Blue C Sushi and Boom concepts, as well as the newly opened Kaisho, is proud to announce the advancement of Jeffrey Lunak from vice president to senior vice president and chief culinary officer.

“Jeffrey is the relentless driving force behind our exemplary and inventive culinary offerings,” says Richard Dalton, president of Madison Holdings. “He is a tremendously talented chef and we are quite fortunate to have him on our team.”

Since joining the Madison Holdings executive team, Lunak has greatly expanded his role, managing a wide range of responsibilities from concept branding to vendor liaison, chef training, and business development. In 2013, Lunak helped pioneer the expansion of Blue C Sushi into Hollywood, California, marking the concept’s first location outside Seattle. Located at The Dome Entertainment Center at 6374 Sunset Blvd., the continued success of this flagship California location has solidified plans for further expansion across the state.

Most recently, the introduction of Kaisho, led by Lunak and Chef de Cuisine Kalen Schramke, has been well received by the Seattle community. Highlighting influences from all over the world, Kaisho reinvents modern dining through this combination of global influences, Asian fair, and local ingredients.

“We’re excited by the development and growth of these concepts,” Dalton says. “Under the creative direction of Jeffrey, we will continue to offer unparalleled service and unique, creative dining experiences.”
