The casual-dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube has announced a new menu.

Marking its 40th anniversary this year, the company is celebrating with new appetizers, wing sauces, burgers, salads and other Lube-A-Licious Lite options.

“A milestone anniversary year like this one is a great time to celebrate all the crave-able food and features that make us unique while introducing new savory and delicious favorites to our fans," says Megan Duniec, senior director of marketing, Quaker Steak & Lube.

The Lube has brought its wings to the center of the menu and debuted two new flavors, Dusted Island Jerk and The Lube's Sriracha. The sun-ripened Serrano pepper sauce makes an appearance again in the Starting Line Up, which Sriracha Chicken Tacos.

On the lighter side, the menu boasts a brand new Southwest Fajita Salad and a first-time-ever soup and salad combo.

The new What The Fudge?! dessert features rich dark fudge, caramel, candied pecans and vanilla bean ice cream with whipped cream and a cherry on top, all served in a souvenir jar.
