Ruby’s Diner, a family destination for burgers, fries, and shakes will be opening at the new Hollywood Casino Jamul-San Diego located in Jamul, around 20 minutes from downtown San Diego. Hollywood Casino Jamul-San Diego is owned by Jamul Indian Village and will be managed by Penn National Gaming.
Every summer, the popular family dining destination Ruby’s Diner commemorates the birthday and life of its namesake, Ruby Cavanaugh, with a special burger event. This year, Ruby’s is combining this burger event with the introduction of the Ruby Dooby Foundation to carry on Ruby Cavanaugh’s dedication to the health and well being of children.
Travelers at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas can now take a trip back in time to the 1960s by visiting the newly remodeled Ruby’s Diner. Opening today, the new Ruby’s Diner features the familiar and delicious menu of burgers, fries, shakes, and breakfast in a groovy 1960s-inspired setting accented with space-inspired light fixtures, padded wire chairs, mod-styled uniforms, and images of innovators, style icons, and cool cats on the walls.
